アートキャンディ・ショップ papabubble のノベルティを、イラストレーターの長場雄さんと制作しました。「ゆるいつながり」をテーマに、多様な人々の存在やリラックスした空気感を表現しています。長場さんの初期の代表作である「西洋絵画シリーズ」の文脈を汲み、システィナ礼拝堂の天井画をモチーフとして取り入れました。歴史的な傑作に現代的な遊び心を加えることで、手に取る人が思わず微笑むようなメッセージを込めたデザインを目指しました。 - I designed a novelty item for the art candy shop "papabubble" in collaboration with illustrator Yu Nagaba. The design centers on the theme of "loose connections," depicting diverse people and a relaxed atmosphere. Drawing on the context of Nagaba’s iconic "Western Paintings" series, the visual incorporates a playful reinterpretation of the Sistine Chapel ceiling frescoes. By blending historical grandeur with modern wit, the design serves as a lighthearted message that evokes a smile from anyone who holds it.
